So BrightLocal took a poll of their customers and asked the question: Have you ever changed for falsified information you report back to your clients? Surprisingly a whopping 97% of people said they have never changed data they show in a client report.
Now, I’ve worked in the digital marketing world since 1998. And I know that you always want to highlight the HIGH points of a client’s campaign. But it also important to tell clients about issues (expected or otherwise) that came up during the campaign.
