People will go online and research products and services: they visit your website, check out what others are saying about your business by reading online reviews, asking their friends and family on Facebook for recommendations, etc.
Before you can set up a strategy to market your business online, you really have to understand who your customers are and what they want. Why are they looking at your product or service? What solution do they hope to solve? How old are they? What do they do for a living? One great way you can identify and define your ideal customers is by creating buyer personas for a few of your “customer types.”
